The Role

Programmed Health Professionals are a leading supplier of healthcare staffing solutions across Australia. We have an opportunity available for an Allocations Consultant to work in our Underdale office.

Successful applicants will be responsible for effective scheduling of staff to a variety of clients, through multiple channels of communication. Our Allocations Consultants also liaise directly with our field employees, providing clear directions on duties and responsibilities to ensure our client needs are met.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong computer and admin skills
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to our field employees and clients
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • A focus on a positive safety culture
  • Available for flexible working hours
  • Strong communication and influencing skills

Prior experience in a contact centre environment, allocations or the Healthcare industry will be highly regarded.
